1991 - Glen Murray, Jozef Stumpel, Mariusz Czerkawski
 
Kevyn Adams was pickes 25th overall.  It says he was: 6-1, 182, C, "Late
addition to American WJC team, performed superbly.  15-28-43, 24 PIM, 36
