Once again.  No one from here has suggested that Woog would not sign a talented
non-Minnesotan player who wanted to play here.  Indeed, the grapevine has it
that he was interested in an Alaskan player this year, but that player was not
interested in coming to Minnesota (probably 'cause he didn't want to put up with
Sid :-) ).  Woog is committed to giving opportunities to Minnesota kids (heck,
it saves on out-of-state tuition! :-) ), but in these scenarios everyone
proposes, yes, he would take the non-Minnesotan player.
 
How about a nice discussion of how the WCHA is going to be reorganized to let in
North Dakota State?
