tech would fly to cincinnati but might bus the 464 miles to fargo
ohio state would fly to fargo but would bus to cincy so that is a 
reasonable change
the down side of this is that now notre dame can not go to cincy because 
they are in the same band as ohio state

harvard is 4 miles closer to manchester than providence, see no need to 
make a change there
likewise lowell is closer to manchester
cornell is actually closer to providence than manchester no need to change
union could be moved to the east if they swap with air force

but we could swap air force and cornell  and then swap wm & air force 
with union and penn state
