Not at all.  It would go from being the Bigger 10 to the Biggest 10.

Actually the 'Big 10' is already 11 schools with addition of Penn State a
number of years ago, so if Notre Dame were to be added, the 'Big 10' would be
12 schools strong.  You might call it the 'Really Big 12'.
