I remember when I first came to Clarkson eight years ago, the students and
band sat at one end of Walker Arena, Faculty/Staff sat at the other end.
Locals and visitors sat on the sides.  I sat about three rows from the
President of the University.  When the students would begin one of their
cheers using four-letter words, the President would get really upset and
tap one of the administrators on the shoulder and tell them to put a stop
to the profanity.  One game it got so bad he threatened to pull the team
from the ice if it did'nt stop.  It got so know one wanted to sit anywhere
near the President (he has since retired).
 
Between the 2nd and 3rd periods the pep band usually plays the "Stripper"
and one of the students does a strip (down to jockeys), occassionally a
female will strip to a t=shirt and jockeys.  Last year, the Golden Knight
who skates between periods did a strip on-ice a couple of times -
a-la "SLAP-SHOT".  That got a little much for some so it was stopped...
