I really must say, that in the 7 years that I have been following the ECAC
that Gallagher (sp). Is tha absolute worst. (Followed only by Crowley-sorry,
I don't remember 1st names).
 
Gallagher is the champion of the offsetting penalties. The man can only seem
to call them. On the rare occasion, that he doesn't call an offsetting, it's
usually such a bad call, that fans on both sides get on his case.
 
Crowley seems to like to stand  around and watch the players beat on one
another. I don't know what he's waiting for...Divine intervention ??
