Spehar and Clymer are Minnesota top recruits. Spehar is legendary in
Minnesota High School Hockey. He has led the state the last two years in
scoring totaling over 200 pts. He has been compared to John Mayasich,
the Gophers all time scoring leader at 297 career pts.
 
Ben Clymer is a great defenseman which Minnesota needs after graduating 3
key ones last year. But if you ask Gopher fans who they want to see, its
little Dave Spehar (5'7"ish).
