As reported earlier, the Lappins of St Lawerence were arrested for second degree
 assault (a felony) for an incident involving a man from Rennselaer Falls in
 Potsdam. The Watertown Daily Times reports that the charges against Chris
 Lappin were dropped but Mike Lappin will still have to face a St Lawerence
 County Grand ury sometime soon. Mike allegedly broke the nose of James Donnelly
 with a baseball bat.
