Behind Chuck Thuss's 43 saves, Miami takes a point at Bowling
Green. Jason Clark had 2 goals and 2 assists for the Falcons.
Kelly Perrault had the other 2 goals to stretch his nation-leading
point total from the blue line.

I think Boxer had a pair for the Redskins. Miami had 3 PPG and a
4-on-4 goal.

Miami was up 3-1 in the second before BG tied at up near the end
of the period.

Will Clarke made about 25 saves. We was good, but was not as
spectacular as Chuck.

No complaints about the ref, Jeff Shell. He let them play, and
fortunately no one got hurt by any of the rough stuff that he allowed.

Miami was impressive, especially Thuss. If BG hadn't come up
slow out of the gate, they might have been able to beat MU.

In another CCHA game, Michigan beat LSSU in OT (4-3, I think).
The Blue tied it up late in the third.

BG takes the series with MU 2-0-1. Combined with their whipping
of OSU on Friday, that should wrap up the coveted Ohio Cup for
the Falcons this year.

The Falcons almost hit the century mark in shots on goal on the
weekend. Clark went 2-5=7 and Perrault was 3-3=6 (I think) on
the weekend.

Next up, Michigan and Michigan State.

Keith
