FYI, Apex One is a sport apparel company similar to Champion, Russell Athletic,
etc. They have done far more in the football marketplace (Pro and College)
than in Hockey.

My uncle, who is the Director of Public & Community Relations for the Buffalo
Bills, has a great deal of contact with that company.

I am somewhat surprised that Apex One is getting so heavily involved in College
Hockey. I would think that they would be more interested in the NHL, IHL, or
AHL first.

According to yesterday's WCHA press release, which includes the full
WCHA schedule, the WCHA Final Five is called the "Apex One 1995 WCHA
Final Five". I am not sure what Apex One is (a bank?), but this is
the first time I have heard of a conference tourney being sponsored -
certainly in hockey, anyway.
