The Northeastern Huskies overcame a two goal deficit in the third period to
tie the Fighting Sioux of North Dakota 3-3. Travis Zajac had UND goals at 9:40
 of the first period and later a power play goal at 18:02. On the first, he
was  assisted by Brady Murray and Robbie Bina. On the power play goal assists
went to  Colby Genoway and Drew Stafford. The period ended UND -2; NU - 0

Jared Mudyk scored for NU at 5:13 of the second from Ray Ortiz and Tim  Judy.
UND regained a two goal lead at 8:02 on a score by Rory McMahon from  Rylan
Kaip and Matt Jones. The period ended UND 3; NU 1.

In the third, the Huskies came within one on a 4x3 power play goal by Brian
Swiniarski from Jason Guerriero and Jon Awe. Later at 16:37 Swiniarski got his
 second of the night and the tieing goal at 16:37 assisted by Awe and  Ortiz.

Philippe Lamoreaux saved 26 of 29 shots for UND and Keni Gibson was 25 of
28. UND had 6 penalties for 12 minutes and NU had 4 for 8 minutes.

UND is now 4-4-4 overall and NU 2-3-1
