The Ice Griffs lost at home to a very good Cortland team last night.  By
periods:
                       1st     2nd     3rd    Final
        Cortland        1       2       2       5
        Canisius        1       1       0       2
 
For anyone trying to keep track of the standings, this games DOES NOT COUNT in
the ECAC/West standings.  (Canisius, as a Div. I school, can play more games
than the Div. III schools in the ECAC/West.  This game, along with the two
Alabama-Huntsville games, had been specified as an "extra.")
 
The next four games are biggies for the Griffins, as they go on the road for
games at Plattsburgh (Friday), Potsdam (Saturday), and RIT (following Friday),
then return home against Hobart (following Saturday).
