As to "Drop the puck" cries; they ARE noticeably fewer in the (CCHA) games
I've seen.  I attributed it to the rule about two skates on or outside
the circle - which has been called several times - rather than to the fact
there are two referees.  I like that rule - seems to have cleaned up
the faceoffs quite a bit.
