The code was provided last year.  I once again had to change to
Netscape, from Internet Explorer, to proceed with our application.
Using Internet Explorer, I could not get past page two of the ten page
application process.

When you get to page three, you can request your code.

I'm curious about this years lottery as well!  Last year we received a
notice with a number to apply to our lottery application that
identified us and our priority level.  Is that not the case this
year?????  Could someone shed some light on this for me?
