Specuation here, but

If Cornell wins  and Denver wins, then the DU - CC game will be the late
game.
If Minnesota wins, then the ND - UMinn game will be the late game.
If UNH wins, then the ND - UMinn/CU game will be the late game.

As to all WCHA final, I seem to recall all West finals in the 80's but
IIRC, there was at least one CCHA team in the mix.
