St. Lawrence defeated Miami University, 3-1 tonight in the second game
of the Lefty McFadden Invitational.  The game was filled with penalties
on both sides. Each team scored a power play goal but it was SLU who
managed to get a goal when playing even up and it was the game winner.
 Tomorrow night the Saints will play Denver who defeated Ohio State
5-1in the opening game of the tourney.
