Okay, so tinight's BGSU at OSU game was the first college game I've seen this
year.  Two things struck me as changes of which I was unaware:
 
     1) A coincidental minor was called (during a BG power play) and
        the teams were allowed to substitute for the penalized players.
        In years past, play would continue with BG on a four on three
        power play.  When did this change?
 
     2) Overtime has been trimed from ten to only five minutes.  When
        did this change?
