The only controversy concerning the UVM/CC winning 2OT goal HAS to be if,
after the puck was batted DOWN & FORWARD toward the net by the CC player,
it it *indeed* touched a UVM defensemen PRIOR to the CC player who got credit
for the goal.
CC player hand-pass---> to CC player's stick ---> into net = NO GOAL
CC player hand-pass---> to UVM player's stick ---> to CC player's stick --->
= GOAL
QUESTIONS:
What did Frank Cole think he saw? Someone who taped it
*swears* it touched a UVM stick...others say no way?? WHAT REALLY HAPPENED?
PS - Why is the University of Vermont "UVM"...and not "UV"?
