Actually, the announced call was 5 min for "Molesting the Referee". As soon
as that was announced, the crowd started laughing and cheering. From where I
was sitting, it is feasable that Scott Thomas didn't realise the ref was there
and just shot the ice down the >)Ml>the puckthe puck down the ice in
 frustration. Just a possibilty.
