According to a Clarkson press release dated October 3, 1991 and
entitled "Clarkson Hockey Showcases New Arena To Open 70th Season,"
the new Cheel Arena in the spectacular Cheel Campus Center will
have an ice surface measuring 200' x 85'. NCAA rules state that
"as nearly as possible, the dimensions of the rink shall be 200
feet (61.0m) long by 100 feet (30.48m) wide."

NCAA rules governing the division of the ice surface require only
that the blue lines be 60' out from the goal lines, and that
the goal lines be 15' out from the end of the rink.

Hope this helps.
