This message is to the person who proclaimed that there shouldn't be any
cheerleaders in college hockey.  (I'm sorry, I deleted the message)  There
is just one thing I have to say.  For someone who remembers the old
Marriucci arena, when Wisconsin came to town and the Gophers kicked some Badger
how could we not have cheerleaders in hockey?  The cheerleaders just add to the
rush of the game.  With the big maroon and gold band smashed into the "nee"
section, or was that the "so" section, and the cheerleaders leading the
"spread the butter" cheers, I couldn't see WCHA hockey any other way.
