I see that the current limit is 18 although a team must have more than
22 players to play in Div. 1 (some one is always injured or does not
quite pan out).
 
What was the old limit?
 
Do all non Ivy team in Div. 1 have 18 scholarships.  I know some of the
non Ivy teams in the ECAC have few if any scholarships but what about
the other conferences.  Not to poke fun but does Ohio State really pay
money to have a program that rivals Cornell for number 44 in the US?
