Since this seems to be a constant question, and since I am in the college
hockey wasteland of LA, I can never remember where the NCAA tournaments
are held.  So, I thought I would come up with a tournament list that I
would publish as needed or when asked for.
 
I need the year, event (West, east, f-4), host city, host school, arena
and arena capacity starting with the 1994 tourneys.
