Could someone plese send me mail on how the east and west regionals are set up,
as well as the final four.  What i mean is, in the east regional does one play
the winner of 4/5 and the winner there play the winner of the 2/3 game.
 
Also, in the final four, does E1 play W2 and W2 play E2 to start?
