The three are no longer on the hockey team.

The University of Maine suspended Mansoff and Oliver for one year from
school for their involvement. It is my understanding that Mansoff and
Oliver have both elected to transfer out of Maine.

I've heard rumors that Mansoff may be transfering to another Division I
school, maybe even one in Hockey East.

I'm not clear on the exact penalty to Masotta by UMaine, but he isn't
enrolled in classes and I suspect got no less than Mansoff and Oliver since
he did admit to leaving the racist message.

Masotta pleaded no contest to criminal threatening and was fined $1,000 by
the court. Criminal charges against Mansoff and Oliver were dropped.

All three are being charged by the Maine Attorney General for violation of
Maine's Civil Rights Act. Originally only Masotta was included in this,
but after the charges were dropped in the criminal case Mansoff and Oliver
were added to the list of defendents in this case.
