I don't know how BC did in 1991, but UNH got destroyed in their game
after the 2-week layoff in '95, something like 9-2 by Denver.
I don't know about the other conferences, but the ECAC teams listed
above were all in serious logjams atop the conference standings.
There is often very little separating the top four teams. Harvard
took the regular season title in '92 with something like six ties.
