July 4, 1995 - from the Austin American Statesman:
 
The Dallas Stars will not make an offer to forward Mike McPhee for next
season, apparently ending his 11 year NHL career.
 
McPhee missed most (all ?) of the 1995 NHL season due to injuries.
 
I believe that McPhee is the only RPI alum to win a Stanley Cup ring.
