        Trevor Demmans was injured on Saturday in a swimming accident. He
suffered a fracture of the fifth vertebrae (according to reports).  The
extent of his injury, and its affect on his career, is undetermined.  He
underwent an MRI on Tuesday afternoon.
        As information becomes available on his condition,  it will be
posted.
        Demmans was the top-scoring defenseman in the Saskatchewan Junior
Hockey League last season while playing for Nipawin.
