Michigan All-America forward Mike Knuble finally
inked the dotted line with the Detroit Red Wings.
The deal is for four years, beginning with 1995-96.

Knuble will likely not join the parent club this season,
as was originally planned. He will either play for
Team USA in the upcoming World Championships
or join the Adirondack Red Wings (AHL) for their
playoffs...or both.

Knuble led the NCAA Division I with 38 goals in
34 games in 1994-95.

Hoping the Wings trade Dino Ciccarelli in the
off-season so Knuble can wear #22.
