There are two types of sattelite -- C-Band and KU.  Most places use
KU, but you can't get C-Band on  KU and vice versa.  If they're sending
the game on C-Band for some odd reason, the guy is right.  The signal
may also be scrambled, and he doesn't have a decoder.
