Keep those amusing quotes coming Bill!

David Wojtowicz follows along with a proposal on the scoreboard

At an ECHL game I attended last season, the announcer kept reminding
folks to be sure to watch the scoreboard (one of those fancy kind)

It didn't take long to pick Susan out in the crowd opposite the ice from
me. She was acting like a game show contestant that had won everything. John,
needless to say, was pretty happy too. Apparently the answer was yes.

At the air force wild blue banquet last spring, the final presentation (after
player of the year, most improved, etc, etc, etc, was a rose and a ring from
one of our senior defensemen to his lady. We all thought it was absolutely
sweet and a good conclusion to "bernie's" career. Bernie (mike parent) played
for the US at the World University Games in Japan along with Dan Green and Mike
Veneri.
