        As far as I know, a hand pass in the defensive zone in college
hockey is legal, but a hand pass to a teammate positioned outside of
the blueline is not.  Is this true?  I think the rules for hand passes
in college are not the same as the Pros, but I'm not sure if this
is where they differ.  Any hockey scholars out there want to "learn
me"!
