  The Western Collegiate Hockey Association's playoff championship returns to
  the St. Paul Civic Center next spring, but with a different format.
 
  The 1992 Tournament is scheduled March 20-22, and marks the fifth consecutive
  year that it has been at the Civic Center.  The first four years the tourney
  followed the state high school hockey tournament and was held on Sunday and
  Monday.  The 1992 tourney covers three days, running Friday through Sunday.
 
  Specific dates and game times will be determined later by the WCHA tournament
  committee.
