Do the Hockey East rules cover the situation where a player is in the box
with a minor penalty at the end of the Overtime?  The second logical question
is, does Hockey East consider the shootout as part of the game?  If it does,
then the penalty still stands.  If it doesn't, then the penalty is over and
the player is eligible.  Of course, if the shootout is not part of the game,
then how can it effect the outcome?
