Before someone digs up the HE info and sends it to Robert, I just
wanted to make sure people knew that that information is outdated.
The HE office is no longer in Orono, ME.  I believe nothing official
has been announced yet as to where the office is moving to, although
it is a good bet that for now, it is North Andover, MA.
 
I also have not heard if the official WCHA address has changed or what
it is changing to, with the appointment of a new commissioner there.
But I would like to know, if anyone can help.
