Just another addition to the phrase "You meet the nicest people in
ice rinks."  I got to visit with Grant Standbrook, Asst. Coach from
U. of Maine, this weekend in Winnipeg while scouting at a camp.
 
Grant is a former teammate of our coach, Jay Beasley, from their days
at the U. of MN-Duluth.  After catching up on 30 years, Grant gave us a
few pointers on scouting and how to watch a game (something that's more
complicated than you think when watching for scouting purposes!)
 
A big thanks to Grant, and SD hats off to U. of Maine for their pro-
fessional staff.  I hope to see more coaches like Grant in the future.
