Now that the  Maine/Hockey East situation has now gone into the courtroom,
I can't honestly decide whether the judge is right until I see one thing:
what exactly is the Hockey East by-law/rule on who makes the playoffs?
 
Does anyone have it, or should I make some phone calls?
