The top 6 ECAC teams are clustered together from 12th to 20th
because they all have similar records and similar schedules.

Anchorage continues to lead the independents, which they have done
   all season long.

The additional non-conference games over the holiday break have
spread out the CCHA schedule strengths. After dominating with the
top 9 schedules earlier this year, CCHA teams now have strength of
schedules ranging from 1st to 30th.

Ferris State dropped 7 spots even though they won twice againt #43
Kent State. The reasons: playing a (very) low-rated opponent, good
performances by other top 10 teams, and some lackluster showings by
FSU's past opponents (BGSU, MSU, OSU and Notre Dame went 0-8).

Dartmouth's first win helped cut the gap to 43rd by over half: from
   17.07 to 7.56.
