John MacKinnon asked about the possibility of rooms for the Phrozen
Phour being available at the new Courtyard Marriott in Providence:

Construction of the Courtyard Marriott being built on a site adjacent to
the Westin Hotel is underway and occupancy is presently scheduled for as
early as April 1st or as late as June 1st, so it may be iffy for Phrozen
Phour reservations (probably depending upon the severity of the weather
this winter in Providence). Perhaps a call to the Marriott 800 number
would be in order to see if they will accept Courtyard reservations for
an April 6-8/9 stay.

As a reminder, the closest other hotels to the Civic Center are:
The Providence Biltmore (3 blocks away)
The Providence Holiday Inn (next door)
The Providence Westin (3 blocks away)

The Providence Marriott (as distinguished from the Courtyard
Marriott described above) is about 2 miles from the Civic Center (easy
to use a hotel shuttle bus, but difficult to walk the round trip).

See you in April.
