I thought that the penalty shot was awarded because Dixon Ward tossed
his stick not the goalie...?  Anyway that is the second penalty shot
against UND this year.  I've been watching UND hockey for 4 years and
up to this point I've never seen a penalty shot!
 
The traditional badger was thrown out onto ice...  personally I don't
any big deal, it just an animal.  Anyway the student who tossed it
was cited and bail was set for $300.  His court case was this morning,
if I find any details I'll be sure to post them.
