This happened at the UW-Minnesota football game Saturday afternoon. From
today's Daily Cardinal, the man inside Bucky's suit was issued a $141 fine
for body passing (even though he was the one being passed, and could do
nothing about it). When the mascot was asked his last name by authorities,
he of course replied, "Badger, that's B-A-D-G-E-R." A local radio station
is collecting money to help with the man's legal defense, as he plans to
contest the citation.

Sorry for the lack of hockey content, but a funny story is a funny story.

Does this mean Buck loses his standing as "ESPNET Mascot of the Year"? I
hope not.

to finish eighth in the conference.
