Both the CCHA and WCHA, along with HE and ECAC, reseed.@ The ECAC reseeds
twice after the 7-8-9-10 sub-tournament as well as after the 8-team
portions of the tournament.

To the best of my knowledge, from info that became available last fall,
the HE tournament is a single game getting from 8 teams to 4.

I would really like to have confirmation of this
now that the question has been raised.

A while back I posted a document that covers all four conferences, giving
tournament pairings, number of games to be played, tie-breaking rules
for the pairings etc. I can repost that if it will be helpful to anybody.

The information has been gathered over the past several years, updated
as fully as I am able; contains help from several veteran H-Lers.

Let me know what to do - and expecially correct me if I am wrong about
the HE tournament which elimintates #9 (no play-in) and plays a single
game in reducing from 8 to 4.
