These quick one liners rekindle a question which seems to come up every
year come playoff time.
 
I now know both Eastern leagues HE/ECAC reseed.  Do the CCHA and WCHA also
reseed??
 
In general WHY?
 
It forces a low seed like (for ex. #7 Princeton last year) to play a
tough road series just to make it to the league tournament, and then they
probably (barring any other major upsets) have to play a higher seed to
advance to the final.  Is this fair?  But then again who defines fair.
