"Anoka skater likely to sign with 'U' today"

        This article states that Anoka high school forward Reggie Berg, who
also played with Des Moines in the USHL, will sign with the Minnesota Gophers
today.
 
Minnesota has also signed:  C- Erik Rasmussen of St. Louis Park

                            W- Mike Anderson of Bl. Jefferson
                            D- Billy Kohn (St. Paul Vulcans)
 
St. Cloud State is expected to sign OR has already signed:

                            F- Ryan Frisch of Moorhead
                            W- Mark Parrish of Bl. Jefferson
 
Minnesota-Duluth has attained an oral commitment from:
 
                            D- Mark Taus of Elk River
 
Northern Michigan:          A.J. VanBruggen of Wadena
North Dakota:               Jesse Bull of Faribault
Colorado College:           Andy Olds of Minneapolis
 
        For those of you inquiring on Dave Spehar of Chris Locker of Duluth
East, they are only juniors and will not make any news about where they are
