Hey Eric andWCHA crew:  You cannot, IMHO, know what tough means til you
come out of your closed shell.  32 league games out of 34 does NOT make
for good comparisons.  What may be good within the WCHA may not be good
outside it .... lately the CCHA, IMHO, has proven itself a cut above,
proven by at least some decent amount of outside games with HE and ECAC
plus, of course, the NCAAs.  Besides, one year does not a season make.
I'd much rather have a competitive race anyway, it is more fun. All the
other leagues have their leaders wrapped up early ... and there is
absolutely no direct (emphasis on direct, as in experimental, not
poll-type theoretical stuff :-)) for any conclusions of the type you came to!
