Bobby Fox was indeed a stellar goalie in the mid-50s.  According to the
RPI (oops, Rensselaer, sorry) media hockey guide, he holds the single
season shutout record of five in 1953-54, the year they finished 18-5 and
won their first NCAA championship.  It was a bit before my time, but not
by much!
