I saw the Houston Aeros play their first home game this year on HTS, our
local sports channel. The crowd was obvously having a great time!  They
were very enthusiastic!
 
I enjoyed seeing how many former college hockey players I could pick out
on each team and it was interesting to see that Dave Tippett, a former
Washington Capitals, was a player-coach on the Aeros.
 
A lot of the fans in Houston may not know much about hockey yet, but they
weren't letting that stop their fun.  That game was won by the Aeros in a
shootout and the crowd went crazy!
