LAST WEEKEND OF NON-TOURNAMENT PLAY IN 1994 HAS SEVEN LEAGUE GAMES AND FOUR NON-
CCHA CONTESTS SCHEDULED
ANN ARBOR -- Michigan State jumped back into first place in the CCHA as they
defeated Ohio State on Friday and Lake Superior on Saturday. Bowling Green
split with Ferris State, while Western Michigan defeated Lake Superior in
overtime on Friday and Ohio State on Saturday. Miami swept Alaska Fairbanks
and Michigan upended Notre Dame.
Seven league games highlight the last weekend of conference play in 1994.
Michigan plays at Ohio State on Friday and at Western Michigan on Saturday,
while Lake Superior entertains Ferris State for a pair. Miami visits UIC and
Notre Dame, while Bowling Green hosts Michigan State. In non-league action,
Alaska Fairbanks visits Notre Dame and Illinois @ Chicago, Bowling Green is at
Ohio State, and Michigan State plays host to Western Ontario on Saturday.
