Just to put in my two-cents worth, for those of you wondering why all
the "Minne" names.  Its my understanding that "Minne" is an Indian word
(Chippewa ?) meaning "water."  Therefore Minneapolis means "city by the
water."  "Polis" being the Greek word for "city."
 
And yes, Tonka, the toy truck company, is located in Minnetonka.  I am told,
however, that they were recently bought out by another firm (Hasbro?).
