RPI advances over Union

What an exciting three game series between RPI and cross town rival Union
this weekend at the Houston Field House in Troy, NY.
 
Union won game one by a score of 4-3.
RPI won game two, 5-1
RPI won game three 8-3.
 
Attendance figures (approx.)
game 1 (4700)
game 2 (4900)
game 3 (4300)
 
Congratulations to Union on getting their first playoff berth, finished 6th
in regular season,  and winning their first playoff game and first game ever,
since turning Divison I against RPI.
 
RPI is now on to Lake Placid for the ECAC final four.  They will play
Clarkson in the semi-finals.
